These 6mm thick round steels have a diameter of 26cm – which is the same as the deflector stone which comes with the Kamado Joe Junior. However, unlike the stones, these steels are indestructible – you can use them to replace a deflector or to cook on directly – no more smashed stones when you make smash burgers!
